Voorbehandeling:

If u het werkstuk moet reinigen, kunnen we voorbehandeling voor u produceren, als er te veel roest is op het werkstuk, moet uzandstralen of kogelstralen gebruiken.

Als er niet te veel roest is, kunt u spuit-/dompelvoorbehandeling gebruiken, het proces omvat over het algemeen fosfateren-waterspoelen-ontvetten-waterspoelen, (afhankelijk van het werkstuk en de vereisten, zullen we de voorbehandeling produceren volgens uw verzoek).

Poedercoatingcabine:

In de meeste gevallen is de cabine gemaakt van roestvrijstalen plaat met filterrecyclingsysteem, als u snel van kleur moet veranderen, kunnen we een PP-paneel poedercoatingcabine met cycloonrecyclingsysteem voor u ontwerpen.Afhankelijk van uw werkelijke situatie, zullen we de handmatige/automatische poedercoatingcabine voor u ontwerpen.
